We offer two spacious and modern villas, perfect for large families or groups, each with a private heated pool and a tropical garden, just minutes away from Playa Blanca’s beaches, shops and restaurants.

Opened in 2022, both of our 200 m² villas are located in a quiet residential area. Each villa features:

 

• a private heated 6x3 metre pool, usable year-round,

• a private tropical garden,

• high-speed fibre-optic internet,

• a semi-covered terrace for dining outdoors, protected from wind and sun.

 

 

🛏️ Ideal capacity for families or groups of friends

 

• Villa Fedelian 1 accommodates up to 15 guests, with 6 bedrooms (including one with 5 single beds) and 4 bathrooms.

• Villa Fedelian 2 welcomes up to 12 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

 

All bedrooms have new, comfortable mattresses and real beds only (no sofa beds). Some rooms with single beds can be prepared as king-size beds (180 cm) upon request, for flexible sleeping arrangements.
